Services / Event films

Event films that keep working after the chairs are stacked.

Your event took months to plan and was over in a day. The film is what makes next year's tickets, this year's donors and every sponsor renewal easier.

The short answer

An event film compresses the energy of your event into a recap your audience wants to share, plus short clips that promote the next one all year long.

We have filmed a 46 hour dance marathon at Penn State, fraternity leadership events across the Midwest, market openings and church gatherings. The pattern is always the same: arrive with a plan, capture the moments that carry the feeling and cut a film that makes people who were there feel it again and people who missed it commit earlier next time. Recap films also carry quiet business jobs: donor reporting, sponsor proof and recruiting.

Good questions

Questions we hear a lot.

How soon after the event do we get the film?

A sneak peek clip lands while the buzz is alive, with the final recap on an agreed schedule. Exact timing is set in the proposal so there are no surprises.

Can one shooter cover our event?

Small events, yes. For big rooms and parallel programming we scale the crew so the story never has to choose between two stages.

Do you film fundraisers and galas?

Yes, and they are some of our favorite work. A strong film raises money twice: in the room that night and online all year.

What about audio in loud venues?

We record dedicated audio for speakers and mix in post, so the message survives the room.
